While I can't speak to when @docjohn had his replaced, based on his and Joe's response it looks like the manufacturer of the windshield is FUYAO. A quick google search shows they are producing OE glass out of Ohio.

BTW, as of today, Tim Poliniak at Peoria Acura says there are 7 OEM windshields available in the US [ at least for 2002 ]
