i finally got my driver's permit! and now my dad took me out to drive a manual, i got it on my first try, no stalls, no jerky stuff, all perfect

great!! Now you got the normal stuff down! Start Practicing the non-normal stuff.

Techniques to work on in a manual:

1) Sidestepping the clutch
2) Drag Launches
3) How to maintain the longest burnout
4) How to do a 360 while smoking tires

Those should get you started on the way to being a crazy maniacal driver well suited to the new millenium!!
