I just tried what you suggested. On high it blows immediately. However, on any other fan speed or on auto the delay occurs and it seems to be getting longer. Have you seen this issue before? Thanks, Andy

Thanks Brian, any idea what would cause the delay in the opposite situation? Where it's hot and the AC waits to blow cold air?

I don't think that is the problem because it also happens the first thing in the morning when my car has been in the garage all night. In the past, the fan started blowing even if my car was baking in the texas heat for an entire day.
