    Couple GPW shots

Here is the link for the clubs 2006 activites. Take a look and let me know if something is of interest. I will work things out to attend the event in Harbor Springs. Perhaps we can hit the back roads again. I'm sure you can keep up with the 911. http://www.sempca.org/calendar/index.html

    Couple GPW shots

That was a fun afternoon. Great roads around Petoskey!!! I just changed my sig to reflect the car I added last month. The GTO does not replace the NSX. I found the GTO w/2,500 at a GM dealer and it was an excutive evaluation vehicle (allows GM to right down cars that they have excess inventory...

    Couple GPW shots

Hey I remember that day! The car was sold in November and now resides in DC. I think Alex is hanging around the site (I found him here looking for a car) so at least he can see what his new ride will look like when better weather arrives. Do miss the car.

    Owner no more....

The 9.3 works well in the snow. It also has stability management which saved my but at least once last winter! Over all it seems to be a nice car. I get 25/26 MPG during the summer months driving it to work. I don't know how Saab will stay in business though. Their cars are nice but there is...

    Owner no more....

I have never even driven the Z so I guess that will be the next step. I found an 05 Z, locally, with 4k miles for $24K and there is a 05 M3 at a Birmingham dealer for about $48 with similar miles. I know that you can't even compare the two cars but at $24K I won't have a problem flogging the Z...

    I got one!!!!

Your welcome Alex. It was a great pleasure to have met you. You have a great car to enjoy. I really enjoyed the time that I had with it and agree others here that even though it's a bit long in tooth it is still an outstanding performer! Keep her clean. I hate a dirty car! Dave

    Owner no more....

Last night I watched the NSX drive off with a new owner at the wheel. I really enjoyed the car and this forum has been a wealth of information during the time I have owned it. I was not actually looking to sell but one day a few weeks ago I was looking at the WTB's and found Alex's posting and...

    1st oil change MI

Sorry, for the late reply but I have been traveling. Auto Europe charges $150 per month for heated but there is a place on Woodward (accross the street from the Pontiac truck plant) that has non heated storage for $90. I can get you a phone number for either if you have an interest. A co-worker...

    1st oil change MI

Both the NSX and 911 are parked for the winter. I only have a two car garage so the 911 is going into off site heated storage (through Auto Europe in Birmingham if anyone is looking for storage options) and the NSX will stay in my garage. I assume that you store one or more of your toys?

    1st oil change MI

Happy to hear you had a good experience. I received a call from Suburban about an hour ago letting me know that my new rotors were in stock. The parts gal said that they had an NSX in the shop today. My 911 will be going into storage in a week or two.

    Would this send red flags?

If you have any question about purchasing a vehicle like the NSX I would do a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection). Do a search and you should find more on this. Your going to be spending big bucks to purchase this car and the cost to repair an NSX can be very expensive, not unlike other low volume...

    1st oil change MI

Looks like Suburban is going to get a bunch of year end NSX business in early November. I am scheduled for oil filter and front rotor replacement on the afternoon of the 10th. Mike worked on my car this past spring and did a nice job.

    Repair of BBS Wheels

Did you call BBS? Last time I checked they were still in Georgia. I had three piece BBS RS wheels a number of years ago and the inner rim was cracked. I sent it back to BBS and they replaced just that portion of the rim. Expensive but your dealing with forged alum and I was not about to have...

    NSX newbie/ convert

Not sure what year 911's you have owned but you will find that an NSX has a more modern feel like a 996. My 87 is a much more involved drive as you really are working with the car rather than riding in it as is the case with the NSX, IMHO. I think you will really enjoy the NSX and if you have...
