replaced the ignition switch and the main relay, problem persisted.
replaced the wires that connecting to the + battery terminal and problem fixed. Some parts of it corroded in the canadian weather and it was the culprit.

@comptonassdaniel if it's not related problem how could I explain all three symptoms happening at the exact same time when I drive the car everyday without any problems? I find it hard to believe it's not related. I actually changed the battery terminal for + only and still the same issue.

I unplugged the wires for the after market alarm system, now the alarm is disengaged. same symptoms.
I was moving the seat and power seat stopped. So after radio, power seats but everything else is still working.
