    Sound from air filter?

    I just put a K&N air filter in my '97 NSX. Now when there is a high air flow through the filter there is a squeaky sound just for a few seconds, is this normal? Any remedies?

    Does anybody have an idea for my back license plate? I want to put something subtle over it or around it to give it a cleaner look. Nothing too flashy.

    I can't help you with the other problems, but as far as the windshield fluis goes: Sometimes if wax gets in the opening it can harden and affect it. Take a needle, like a hypodermic if you can get one, and make sure the opening is clear of wax.

    These are all great posts, thanks for all the input. Here's another simple question: I don't do any track driving, although would love to get invovled. So, if I'm slowing from 60 to 0 at a traffic light let's say, should I be downshifting at all or do I use just the brakes?

    Window not closing

    Larry, It's a 97 NSX-T. I actually printed out that info from the service manual, it might help. But I guess I need to know if I can adjust "down" position of the window without adjusting the "up" position. There is no porblem when it's all the way up.

    My passenger side window does not go down all the way. About a half inch of the window still shows above the door. It annoys me to see that. The dealer told me if it's adjusted down will it affect the seal at the top. Is that true?

    Related Question: My passenger side window does not go all the way down. About a quarter inch is above the door. The dealer said if they adjusted it then I would have a gap at the top when the window is closed. Is this true? It annoys me the see that small bit of glass when it's down.
