The ext. worked out great. Plugs matched OEM plugs. Making it nice. Re-routed with the extra length. Solving the problem. ECU was fine. Just had to disconnect the batt to re-set things. Back to 100%...

Yes, and thats the problem..... It was not designed to open when the testers want it to open. Any temp, any rpm range. It can be seen on the screen by the tester. Changes the numbers dramatically.

Find a smog shop that can "make sure the EGR valve is operating & open prior to running the test"

Acura is a symbol of sluggish overweight soccer moms cars now. They changed over the years. Admit it or not. That hurt NSX sales more than anything IMHO.
