Lucas makes a very nice spray-on detailer/wax that I found at an Auto Zone. I have found that any instant detailer seems to work well if used on a very clean and well-prepared surface.

Do you get any exercise? I find I sleep a little bit better when I get a physical workout, either on the job or recreation. Yoga? Meditation? Don't eat anything close to bedtime. Personally, I don't remember what it feels like to be rested and energized.

AFAIK, they started the trend.
