Check the fluid level, I found I ran it dry; Follow the steps, top it off, then start it up, then top it off again. in my case 30 seconds of run time on the pump didn't nearly pump it up as much as normal operation.
My test was with a stock, normally aspirated vehicle, probably makes a difference - computer has to make a lot of allowances for the reduced AKI in the highly modded vehicle running nearer the edge.

I used popsicle sticks (kids craft stuff) as shims and jacked the clips loose.
Used "liquid nails" around the perimeter of it, clamped it using spring clips over popsicle sticks. Came out looking pretty good.
