I noticed on the link you provided that although the widest you can get from H&R is 25mm, they also sell a 5 mm spacer for the rear.
Do you know if it is possible to use 2 spacers on a wheel. So combine the 25mm with the 5mm to get to 30mm at the rear.
Thanks!
Thanks to all for your input.
I will check for the H&R w/integrated studs. Are there any other specs that I need to know in addition to integrated studs?
I am looking for quality, lightweight spacers for my 2000 NSX with stock wheels (not lowered). I would like the wheels pushed to slightly less than flush with the fenders. As best as I can tell, I am thinking 25 mm in front and 30 mm in back would do the trick.
I see spacers for sale for...
Yet another reason to have a longer tail section! They copied Audi when they should have stuck to their original proportions (NA1). The 911, C8, and Speedtail have the right idea.
Thanks for posting.
It sounds like you had limited time or access so I understand not giving us more but it would have been interesting to see the cars in different positions to compare them - for example nose to nose, back to back, profiles in alignment.
Here is my assessment:
Nose: C8 by...
Nice.
I like the long tail of the C8.
Much more reminiscent of the NA1/NA2 and more balanced than the short rear overhang on the NC1!
First Honda shows Chevy how to build a mid-engine supercar for the masses.
Then Chevy shows Honda how to update it.
Annoying.
I think the design team did a good job at forward visibility.
Unfortunately, they did not do the best job IMO of keeping the roof rails up at the top of the windows. I think they must be relying on them for structural strength and may be why they are not able to bring a convertible version to...
That's all a bit discouraging. I think the marketing department needs a clean out.
On a separate note, I wonder if the low roof rails around the top of the side windows making ingress/egress difficult is an unusual characteristic of exotics these days and if so, if that should be on the list...
Love those wheels.
Do you know what the difference is on the center caps that are H and NSX-R.
Those seem to be the only two options on the 17/18 wheels.
Thanks!
