    okay i give up

Nelson Landa's NSX will be out of commision for a couple of weeks, getting a make over at All Car Services, in Merritt Island. New Wings West Front Spoiler (current one is all cracked, scraped etc.) new springs, and a couple of other little surprises. So go ahead and have a good time you...

PIcs of my NSX from new digital camera

Jason, the reason I asked is because I have HRE 546's 18x8's,and 19x10's with H&R springs, and it is to low in the rear. I think the car looks more balanced with the Eibachs. Thanks for the info.

    brakes

The front Porsche TT brake kit made by movit cost about $2800 this includes, mounting brackets, calipers, rotors/hats, ss brake lines, and a set of OEM Porsche Pads. These brakes are the Big Reds (red in color) I installed them myself (very easy), and it takes 5 minutes to change out the pads...

    Ring & Pinion

IMHO, I would go with the 4.23r&p, with the 5spd. I have a 6spd.with 4.55r&p on my 91 and it's great because you have the extra gear for when your going on long trips (90mph/4050rpm) So if your running on the highway with a 5spd and the 4.55's you will be at a higher RPM with the 4.55 than...

    brakes

Another thing I forgot to mention. The OEM Porsche pads, I buy for $85.00 here in Miami, and the Hawk HPplus track/autocross pads for the Porsche brakes cost me $75.00. Seems like a lot less than what the competion is selling their pads for their brake setups, which is another reason why I...

    brakes

Andrie, Be careful if you plan on using the Movit brake kit. I currently have them on my NSX, but I had to have HRE custom build a set of wheels for me so that they'd fit, and no spacers. The wheels come out flushed witht the fender. It is a perfect fit, but the wheels are the 546's (6 spoke)...

    Tire balancing FYI......

WheelTec here in Miami, Fl has the same Hunter machine. They are the ones who balance and mount my tires on my HRE's every 5k-8k miles. Excellent machine.

    H&R spring questions

Richard, You can get them for $225 plus freight from a company out of California. I think this is the company Todd was refering to when he said around $200.

    Spring/Shock question

Jason, I have the same setup in the front as you do. 225/35/18 SO-2. Unless you do some innerlining modifications, you will continue to see rubbing. p.s. mine still looks the same after the Koni's.

    new wheels

I have to agree with TampaBayNSX-R. I also have HRE's 546 18x8, and 19x10's. They are great wheels and are not heavy. Call HRE and ask for John. Tell him that the NSX'rs from Miami, Fl told you to call.

    Spring/Shock question

My NSX also looks like if it is lower on the right front. I have had both, Eibach, and H&R springs. I also have a friend that has the same appearance in the front right. What size tires are you using in the front???

    Wheels/Tires?

p.s. If you happen to go with with 18/19 combo, I strongly suggest going with Eibach springs instead of H&R's, if you plan on lowering it. I have HRE 546's 18x8 front, 19x10 rear, with 225/35/18,and 285/30/19, with H&R springs, and had to make wheel well modifications, so that it wouldn't rub...

    Wheels/Tires?

Before I switched to my 18/19 combo, I used a 235/40/17 front and 285/35/18 rear. These were SO-2's. But the best fitment would be IMHO is 225/35/17 front, and a 285/30/18 SO-2's. This is exactly what TampaBayNSX-R should be running. Good Luck

    Customized license plate

My companys name is called Zabatt Inc. And I have the co.name on the rear hatch window. So I decided when it is time to renew my registration, I will change my tag to: ZBADNSX (Like THE BAD NSX, AND IT STILL SOUNDS LIKE MY COMPANY NAME, ZABATT)
