Logistics Update for this Friday -

1. We will begin car staging at 5pm; no earlier. Be there at 5pm
2. We will enter the show area, via the "east side" which is in between Peet's Coffee and Whole Foods.
3. NSXs will be parking on the Peet's Coffee side
4. G's/Z's will be parking on the Whole Foods side
5. Fountains Marketing / Security will assist/direct the parking of cars
6. All cars need to be in place by 5:30pm
7. The event begins at 6pm and ends at 10pm

We had a blast the last time. I'm sure there will be no shortage of entertainment this time around as well. Look forward to seeing you all there. I'll be there with my NSX, thanks to Shad who got me up and running quickly. :biggrin:

Hi everyone .. the name is Alan.

I'm heading up the G's/Z's group.

Just to add to the above post.

Only those cars authorized by Aaron will be allowed into the show. Right now, the thoughts are - Aaron will hand out tickets or passes to the authorized NSX's. The Fountains security will only allow those cars (NSX's) that show the ticket/pass entry into the show area.

I'll be doing the same for the G's/Z's group.

The way it looks now, we (collectively) have 1/2 hour to stage our groups. So we need to do this in an orderly, but efficient fashon. Remember we'll be backing into the parking slots.

Regarding meeting someplace else and caravanning in? I know that some of the G's/Z's will be doing that as well.

Other than that .. you might want to arrive a little before 5pm .. this way Aaron will have time to issue the authorization pass/ticket a bit in advance. Otherwise it could get .. "time rushed" right at 5pm.

Good idea. I haven't had Lollicup in a couple of weeks. Lollicup in Roseville is about 5-10 minutes from the Fountains. Meet at Lollicup at 4:15 and leave for Fountains at 4:45pm. Thoughts about this idea?
