Original owner, Clean title, Clean CARFAX, No Accidents,
maintenance done at Radley Acura in Falls Church, VA on Columbia Pike. [If anyone does happen to run the CARFAX it lists 2 owners but I owned the car the entire time, the "Second Owner" listed in the CARFAX is when I purchased the car at the end of the initial lease term.]
In March 2013 the car was taken to Falls Church Auto Body to remove all dings, scratches. All were minor and had occured in partking garages. The largest ding/scratch covered an area approximately the size of an index finger and was 1/8" deep. Car was resprayed[FONT="] (no touch up paint) in the areas that had the damage, nothing happened to the car between the time that the pictures attached to this listing were taken and when it was taken to the body shop. So any tiny blemishes you see in the pictures are now gone.
Have Dyno sheet - made 353.4 HP, 252.94 max torque. Dyno printout is attached. Dyno was completed in March 2005 (Ultimate Performance in Dulles, VA).
Also attached are the invoices from the dyno as well as the CT install.

*** Backup camera worked for 6 months perfectly after install, but there must be a wire loose or something small because the most recent start (Feb 2014) of the car after a cold winter; the camera feed didn't show up immediately. After it warms up a bit here in DC I will take a closer look at it but as of now if the car is sold before I get a chance to assess all of the connections, the camera issue will be up to the new owner (it can't be anything worse than a wire if it worked before the first snow). ***
