Those are about $1200 from Honda 34270-SL0-A02. You would be better off buying a used spoiler just to get the light for about $200-300 here on Prime and since you live in switzerland tell them to just ship the light. See them all the time in the parts for sell section. Look for one from a newer model car.

There are differences between the European and USA models. The euro spec cars have a darker color plastic used for all the taillights including the third brake light. See the wiki for photo's http://www.nsxprime.com/wiki/Lights#Can_I_Switch_To_Euro_or_Japanese_Tail_Lights.3F. Check out what model you have.

I just got a quote to buy this new for 57,000 yen, seems steep.
that's cheap... about $570 USD. SoS sells the dark 3rd brake light for about $1000 i think...
