I've looked just about everywhere and come up empty handed. Your best bet is probably to have someone hard weld and regrind the fingers on your damaged fork.
For what its worth, Mr. Yamamoto Katsuya (founder of RFY) believes Honda will produce this part again.

The fork problem has already been resolved. This is the countershaft which is supposed to be still available.
