Bad news. This part has been discontinued by Honda, even in Japan. Apparently there were quality issues with this part from the supplier and Honda chose to simply stop producing it rather than fix it.

We're thinking of reaching out to MITA or SOS to see if they'd be willing to do a run of their own part to fill in the gap- you can't do a 6spd without it.
