A/C condenser Fan carbon - size and photo

[Wowow]

My fan is not running efficiently and I like to change the carbon and see if that gets better. Questions :

1. Do I need to take the front spoiler out in order to take the fan motor out ?
2. If I can know the size of the carbon, maybe I can get one ready so I can take the motor out and put it straight back in.
3. anything else I need to look out for ?
