ABS wont pressurise?

Hi Guys,
I just replaced the Pressure Switch, Accumulator and High Pressure Hose on my '91 ABS. Prior to the work the system would pressurise, sending brake fluid up the T-Bar Bleeder tool. Now, even though I've made and used the "Danoland" auxillary switches for the pump and solenoids, and have bled the system, I can't seem to get pressure back. Any ideas, has anyone experienced this before?

If you search ABS*, you will see this is a common issue. There is plenty of information on NSXPrime on how to work through the problem to discover what the issue is.

if your Accumulator has been replaced it is a good chance your modulator is plugged up with dirt, or a solenoid is sticking. Solenoids have been freed by passing brake fluid through them as you activate the solenoid.
The modulator can be dismantled, cleaned and o-rings replaced. here: http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php/162710-ABS-ALB-modulator-rebuild-write-up?highlight=ABS

process to rebuild modulator: http://www3.telus.net/public/warshan...rebuld_v06.pdf

I still have o-ring kits.

As often documented in other threads, your problem is likely gunk on the solenoid o-rings. There is a good chance you can deal with it thus: find a bumpy/sandy stretch of road and stand on the brakes to deploy the ABS. The pump will run. Do this until the fluid is brown and needs to be replaced. Rinse and repeat.
