I can check out the car for you but wouldn't you be better served by getting a PPI done by a dealer?

it is a private seller. assuming it gets to the point... i will do a PPI through a dealer too. the car is a salvage title car (from a rear end collision), so i am looking for someone here to check out the obvious things.

if you can help with this... i would greatly appreciate a phone call... i'll fill you in with all the details i have

thanks to both of you guys... but looks like this will no longer be necessary. i spoke to my banker again, and even though i was approved for a loan, that assumed a car with a clear title. the bank is not willing to give me the amount i want for a salvage title car.

i appreciate your willingness to help!
