Anyone know this NSX from Brockville

I live close to Brockville and run the local mailing list and have never heard of this car. However, it looks awfully similar to the the infamous Louis Vuitton NSX that was at a local car show 10+ yrs ago.
Awful - not awfully - is the keyword. Proof that money can't buy taste.

It looks like it's this poor girl slightly rejuvenated. Looking at it, it must be the same. Same wheels, same orange tint, same spoiler.

The pic came up in a Facebook thread and I was curious if anyone knew the car or the owner.
