Archiving PM's

I just want to share this coz although I've been an infrequent visitor to NSX Prime for a few years, I never noticed you can archive all your PM's! I was near the limit (again). So I'm sharing this in case I'm not the only one who's overlooked it.

In the LIST MESSAGES menu, at the very bottom are two options: archive all ticked messages, or archive ALL messages. (See attached pix)

For my knowledge, why would I want to d/l as a CSV or XML file

.CSV opens up in Excel, with all the data (ie. who, when, text) in seperate columns.
I tried .CSV but it seen to mess up some posts.


As for .XML, that's still an emerging format with powerful capabilities - maybe too powerful for just archiving PM's. But it's still there.
