Belt type noise (95 f.matic box )

Has anyone had this problem?
On start up from cold I get this belt slipping type of noise but it's comming from the non belt side of the engine, it's a lot quieter after normal running temp is reached. Could it be a gearbox issue, any ideas.

Most times I get a loose belt slip noise too on cold starts, but it goes away in seconds. Finding the location of noise is tricky. I would keep the diagnosis simple and check all the belts for correct tension.
