I have a truly minor issue; The corner of the NSX emblem on my OEM floor mat is beginning to lift. What carpet glue or cement works best for that minor repair?

I'd try a needle and thread first and just run a few stitches through using thick thread.
If that doesn't work I would try contact cement. The "Weldwood" brand stuff sold at most home improvement stores in the brown glass bottle has worked great for me in the past when I've done small upholstery projects. Put it on both pieces to be glued, wait 15 minutes or so, stick it together.
