I am planning to go back to Blacktrax for another dyno run (after I get a better clutch!!)

I talked to Jei about doing a dyno day for us, but we need at least 10 cars to make it feasible.

Last month, they hosted a S2000 dyno day and baselines (3 pulls) were $50 and up to 1 hour of tuning was $100 so it was almost half off the normal rate, but I think we had closer to 20 cars.

So post up if you're interested and hopefully we can setup a day later this summer to see who gets final bragging rights!

Update on the dyno day, we need at least 10 CONFIRMED spots before it's a go.

I'm down. I was at the S2000 dyno-day last month and it was pretty fun. The S2000 put down 357whp on a conservative tune, I wanted to see how much the NSX is putting down. :D

They can tune just about any system on their Dynapack (measures at the hub) and you get the data file to analyze at home, this includes hp, tq, AFR, etc.

On a dyno day, I believe they only do 1 hr max per car to give everyone a shot.
 
I'd go. Jei built my motor on my old 98 prelude and aki did all the custom tig welding on the induction piping. Good place and I will always support them. Count me in.

BTW, can u give a more accurate date in July so I can plan on the supercharge purchase and install for the truck?

Assuming we get at least 10 signups soon, I will send word to BT and arrange the date, probably late July to early Aug.
The date can change depending on when everyone is available, but it should be on a Sat.
 
Can they dyno 4WD? If they do, I will bring the GTR and VR4.

Hey folks, we still need 6 more confirms before we can lock in a date for this, probably Aug 6. The sooner we can get 10, the more chance we can get the appt. Otherwise the shop can't commit the whole day for us so don't delay, I'm sure just between Larry and Alain's garage, we'd have more than 10 by now.
$50 dynapack pulls or $100 for 1 hr of expert tuning doesn't come along every day.
