Sir,

It’s all in the manual. Page 170. Go to faq and it’s under Reference > 1991 service manual.

Please let me know if you have any issues. I did mine when I changed out a stat a few weeks back.

It helps to have two people doing this job. Also, jacking the rear of the car up can help to avoid air pockets.
