Caliper Rebuild

Upon inspection of my calipers yesterday while changing my front pads, I discovered that the rubber seals around the pistons are burned up. Is is easier to buy new (used) calipers or should I attempt a rebuild?

Has anyone ever done a rebuild, and where can I get new seals?

I did rebuilt on mine before. pretty easy process. U can get the parts from the dealer.
