Can Anyone HELP?

I had to replace my PZeros and wanted to get another set..BUT this tire was seriously BO so I had to change to S03's. I like them but I don't like to looks.. I was running 295/30/19s and had to go with 285 and dont like the look. Can anyone find the PZeros? Tire Rack and everywhere else could not get them.

I'm a Pirelli importer for Panama and they dont even have a production date for this size. I have been waiting for 1 tire for a customer of mine that has a 2002 Porshe Turbo, and nothing. Tire Rack is telling you the true, I talked to my contacts in the UK and Japan and no one has it.
