I live in Nashville (about 1 1/2 hours away from Huntsville), but have a good freind who lives in Huntsville who's a real car guy (he owns a '98 Porsche C2S, a new Mini S, an older Mini , a '67 Corvette Convertible, etc.), and I bet he could look at it for you if the seller would take it to his house for him to look at.
