Can these 1994 OEM Wheels be refinished?

Yes they can be refinished.

Would the end result resemble original pretty well you think? I don't know much about refinishing, I'll do some more searching through the old posts but the one I found had the wheels very "shiny" after refinishing.

there are 2 different 16/17 oem wheels..the 94-96 are painted silver easily refinished...the 97 and up were a machined face like S2000 wheels at the time...

Solaris silver is the right paint code for 94, afaik. This is much easier and cheaper to refinish than 97-01 machined look ones.

Absolutely. I work for a Porsche dealer in Delaware (well, the ONLY Porsche dealer in Delaware) and we sublet curb damaged wheels to Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists on an almost daily basis and I've seen them refinish wheels that were in FAR worse condition. I'm sure those wheels can be made to look perfect!
