I am new to this and cant seem to find a way to contact this guy about his bumper. Everything I tried just gets me a message about how you can no longer do this. ?????????

Hell even if I get an answer I am not sure I will even know it.

Sounds like you're trying to reply directly to a marketplace thread (which no one is able to do) to do administrative design of the forum.
