CD player question

when i am driving on any rough road, my audio system sounds very crappy. it just stop working when the car gets vibrated. what's the possible reason? my CD change problem?
if the road condition is good, it just works fine. anyone has idea?

If you're listening to CDs at the time, it's definitely something with the CD player. The player can take a fair amount of shaking, but too much and it'll skip; especially if it's older.

Replace it, get an iPod adapter, or just listen to the radio when on bumpy roads.

And btw -- are you off-roading with your NSX???

so replace a OEM CD changer?

Make sure its in the upright position.
I've seen some ppl insert discs and leave the player laying down.
Seems to be more sensitive in that position.

If its already upright, replace it. Not worth the $$$ to have someone look at it.
Or of course MP3 player setup of some sort.
