Cedar Ridge Front Compliance Clamps

Hey guys,
I know its supposed to be an easy install, but does anyone have the instructions to install cedar ridge front compliance clamps? More specifically the torque specs for the bolts.

I recently removed some of these from my car. It seems to have dramatically improved the ride over the crappy Houston roads that I deal with. I didn't seem to hurt performance on track. Totally not on topic, but the OP got their answer and I figured it might be relevant or useful information to someone.
