True Molded products use the same carbon fiber prepreg materials used in Formula One racing, making the lightest, strongest composite products available. True Molded products have a toughened epoxy thermo-set resin system that is UV and heat resistant, providing a durable surface finish. Every IPT True Mold product is autoclave processed for maximum structural integrity and finished with a 5 axis CNC trimming for a superior fit and smooth surface texture.
We do not lay over parts that is not the real way to make a carbon fiber part
And we do not lay over fiberglass
The whole part is carbon fiber and every part will be a full replacement piece take off the old and replace with the new!!
Here is some parts that are available none of them are for a NSX but you can see our craftsmanship.
BACK OF IPT TRUE MOLD PARTS
We can do all of these parts that were listed by the gentlemen that started this thread.
IF you would like us to do them lets get a feel for how many people are interested. After that I can post a quote on how much the part will cost and we can start a PRE-BUY.
For getting in the PRE-BUY you will save because when the parts come out it will be more for the people that did not get in on the initial PRE-BUY
It will take me at LEAST 5 weeks to get the molds ready and produce the parts. Not long at all!!!!
Remember all IPT parts are autoclaved processed and vacuum bagged and we use pre-preg carbon fiber.
DRY-CARBON FIBER
by doing it this way it will last forever be lighter and the weave is always straight as you can see from all the pics I posted up.

I would like all the parts posted above, plus a couple more. Here is my total list (including what I imagine you would call the above pictured parts):
1.) Windshield wiper air deflector garnish (pictured)
2.) Read windshield garnish (pictured)
3.) Side step garnish (pictured)
4.) Side garnish (pictured)
5.) Cowl side lining (pictured)
6.) Gas door switch (pictured)
7.) Center console (large piece around stereo, climate control, etc.)
8.) Ash tray door and ash tray
9.) Top vent piece that surrounds clock
10.) Long piece on drivers door (surrounds window switches, etc.)
11.) Long piece on passenger door (surrounds window switch, etc.)
12.) Dash gauge bezel (goes around TCS switch, etc.)
13.) Large piece on entry garnish that is currently leather
14.) Manifold covers on engine
15.) B-pillar
16.) Drivers and passenger door mirrors
I have been trying to find someplace to buy this stuff at a reasonable price for so long it is crazy. Let me know what kind of deal we can get going. Thank you very much.
