Can anybody recommend a reputable tire installer with a good balancer in the Chicago area, preferably SW suburbs? Someone who won't gouge my wheels?!

Sean, I went to Discount Tire on Weber road. I took my wheels off the car and took them in to them, then I watched as they mounted the tires. I think the managers name was Chris. He seem to be very consciences and very interested in my NSX. No scratches and no balancing problems. he even threw in free chrome valve stem caps but he didn't tighten them and all but one came off. :biggrin:
My problem has been finding someone who won't gouge my WALLET...Sean Williams said:
It's not really a help to you, given the far north location, but lately I've been buying tires from Frisby Tire in Gurnee. Their tire prices and service are great, and they charge $15/tire for mounting balancing. The places closer to home all charge twice as much.
