Clutch pedal creak/noise

Hi All,

When stepping on my clutch, I am hearing some sort of creak/click that occurs when I depress the clutch about 2". I thought it was something that I could just lubricate down near the pedal and be done with, but the noise has not gone away...

Does anyone have any ideas on what I might do to get rid of this? It's not very loud and sounds as if the noise is in the cabin (not outside)...

Right now, I'm at a total loss as to what could be the cause.

Sounded like you need to grease all the points as indicated in service manual.
I have the same problem. The creaking noise is gone after I had greased those areas.
Also, I live in the same town (Sunnyvale, CA). Call me, I can help you.

I had the same problem, greased all the joints & it went away.
