Also what spark plugs do I need to purchase (I prefer NGK)

I'm running Denso IK22 but the NGK BKR7E are a good option according to my tuner. If you want Iridium in NGK then it is the BKR7EIX. Either way you will gap to 0.025-0.030".

I definitely like the NGK plugs better than the denso, plus I can get them just about anywhere local to me.
