CT springs and Cedar Ridge Non-Compliance Front Pivot Clamps?

2 questions:

1: I have Comptech springs on my car the number on them is 110-145. They came with the car i cant really find anything on them. Can someone tell me the spring rate and are these the "PRO" or "Sport" kit?

2: I just bought the Cedar Ridge Non-Compliance front pivot clamps, can anyone give a review of them?

Yeah I saw that and it says it's discontinued lol I wanna know about them as they are on my car lol
