Is this one piece or similar to how they come from factory ? I.e that when you open trunk only center carbon fiber opens and rest of spoiler stays ?

Yes. This is the trunk lid piece that moves with the hatch. The quarter panel pieces, which are separate, stay attached to the quarter panels.
