Floor Mat question

Can anyone confirm 100% that mats coded as use for a 2002+ will fit in say a 2000?

I would like to get a new set, but am concerned about proper fitment?

The part numbers are identical. So the mats for a 2002 fit in a 2000, and furthermore, they are identical parts.
