looks to me to be front end. You can see the steering rack boots... 99% certain

Yes because the compliance pivot is towards the front of the car.

You can also see the orange brake duct hose.

Here's the original article the picture came from. In it, you'll see them describe the front Dali Sway bar which is red in color. The rear sway is black/yellow.
