Got a quote from A Foreign Affair...need opinion

Hi All -

I am looking to have the Comptech Powergrip I clutch and Japanese short gears installed on my '95T.

Talked to Alan at A Foreign Affair in Santa Clara and was quoted $4,775 for parts and installation.

That sounds high to me... What are your thoughts?

go to see Don Lam, he has done so many short gears conversions(including mine) he can do them with his eyes closed.

Total $3950

U save about $800. Not to mentioned u get the quality service and experience. he did numerous tranny, including Geprge's and Ken Crowell (Chopsjazz)

And if u are NSXCA member, Don will give 10%off in parts.
