I have a 18x8 with a +35 offset and the wheel is pretty flush, if not poking out just a tad. A 8.5" wheel with a +25 offset will extend past the fender about 16-20 mm.

So in short, that wheel won't fit, and it wouldn't even be close if you tried it.
Try an offset of +41 to +46 on a 8.5" wheel for the front.

Oh, btw, that response was intended if you have Stock fenders. If you have a widebody kit, it might be a whole other ball game.

With a 8.5" rim, you will need a 225 tire, in which you need about a +40mm offset. A +25mm will be too low, or stick out over 1/2" beyond the fender.
