High-Flow vs Stock Cats vs Test Pipes

What is the real world difference on a FI NSX? The test pipes are a little loud with the Anytime on there. How much power will I lose with OEM cats? 5HP? What about with High-Flow?

Will it throw off the A/F going from test pipes to OEM/high-flow cats?

He bought the NSX formerly owned by Saint. It is a really nice example from what I recall- lots of time taken to maintain by a meticulous owner.
