Honda Dealership in Japan

If you haven't heard, I moved to Japan recently to a place called Yokosuka. It's about 30 minutes from Yokohama and 1 hour from Tokyo. Anyways, I just so happen to be close to a Honda dealership and have seen a couple NSXs, Integra Type Rs, and RSX Type Rs in the service parking lot among other plain Honda cars. Just wondering if there are any rare JDM Honda parts that will fit into small boxes. Might need some part numbers as I don't speak Japanese or have the car registration paperwork.

Air Force? I did 8yrs in japan. One of the biggest mistakes in life was leaving japan. I hope you like it. You'll need more than just part numbers and yen.

Working with the Navy here for the next 3 years. I wish I could enjoy more of Japan like when I first got here, but all my time and money has been going to my R32 GTR.

Surprisingly, the Honda dealership did not ask me for my registration paperwork to lookup parts. I've heard the Nissan dealerships are pretty strict about that.

I am a little jealous that you are in Japan. I've always wanted to take a trip there. Just an FYI, there is no RSX in Japan, it is just know as an DC5 ITR, I am sure if you joined ClubRSX and post that you are able to hook up all the youngings there with mad JDM parts, they would go crazy and you could probably make some money off it, lol

The Tokyo Auto Salon would be a great time to visit Japan. A lot of big name vendors were there and stuff was selling for less than MSRP which was nice. I left with a bunch of tuner t-shirts, Nismo gear, and Volk wheel stickers. I'm still not quite sure how this whole selling parts things works out. I got most of the details down, but the money part is a bit of a concern.1) Find part and get quote at Honda dealership (easy if I have a part number)2) Receive money (PayPal - but how to withdraw and convert to Yen?)3) Order part at Honda dealership (should be easy)4) Fill out customs paperwork and ship (easy if it fits in a USPS flat rate box)

If the part still exists in Japan, it usually arrives in just a few days (2-3 so far)
