How the hell did it get like that? Did it fall off of a parking garage roof? or is it photoshopped?

I don't know. I smell photoshop. Firstly, the trailer would be crushed before the road is. And B, I'm no expert, but looking at the way the road is broken up, it looks like the concrete slabs were pushed outward rather than inward.

I remember seeing that a while ago. It was some art show or something from Germany or England I believe. It was set up there, so no it's not photoshopped. There was also another one down the street where a car was coming up in the same way right in the middle of the street.
