Is the dealership screwing with me about my MR2?

My faithful 93 MR2 had a rear calliper seize. Since getting it back, with the calliper replaced and new rear pads on both sides, my brake pedal feels low. They are saying it is because the calliper was seized, the pedal felt higher. WFT? I think they did not bleed the line correctly.

Thoughts?

it depends how mushy the pedal is, if you want to get down and dirty you could rebleed the brake system yourself to make sure.

sometimes with clutch and brake pedals theyre just not the same after theyre bleed,

if the caliper was seized, then when you push the pedal, you were only moving fluid into 3 calipers... it is quite reasonable that the pedal will move further as you are now effectively having to move an extra third more fluid than you use to, to apply the brakes.

maybe you just got use to the pedal when the caliper was seized. the only way is to try another MR2's brakes, to establish what's normal!

So, is it normal for my headlights to come on when I hit my brakes?

Thanks guys! I feel better!
