The right side of my 96T sits lower than the left side. Measured from the top of the wheel openings, the right front is 1/4 inch lower and the right rear is 1/2 inch lower. Is this normal?

Do you have aftermarket coilover shocks? The car may have been corner balanced to account for the weight of the driver on the left side.
The suspension is all OEM.
No, IMO it is not normal.
