Hi All,

Las Vegas NSX meet this month is on Sunday September 25th. We had a very strong showing last month but we still need to better the Miada group that Bill mentioned on previous thread.......

As per our last meeting, the setting this month will be Lake Las Vegas. I'm going to throw a small curve to include a Car Show at the end. Well......Super Run Car Show ends that Sunday afternoon. But if anyone has better suggestions, I'm all ears. BTW I'm not real familiar with East Side. Here goes:

Date: Sunday, September 25th

Time - 11:15am
Assembly: Green Valley Ranch North Parking area (Green Valley Parkway and Hwy 215)

Time - 11:45am
Caravan: Depart Green Valley Ranch for The Hyatt Regency, Lake Las Vegas Resort.

Time - 12:15pm
Lunch: The SandsaBar Grill (In their words: In a refreshing outdoor environment, the SandsaBar Grill offers a variety of grilled items, sandwiches, and salads.)

Time - 2:30pm
Caravan: Depart The Hyatt Regency for "Super Run Car Show" at Downtown Henderson on Water Street. (Open to the public and free to all spectators)

Again we welcome all who can join us. Please kindly sign-up below:

Best Regards
Paul

Seems like the last weekend of the month has been unavailable for me for the past three months. Anyone for casual get togethers during the week also? Thursdays seem popular here in the valley.

Regards,

Danny

I'm in. I'll be flying solo this time.

Spotted a Black NSX with black rims with polished lip at the Barnes & Noble parking lot near Costco on Charleston at about 3 on Sunday. It had the Acura emblem replaced with the symbol and the middle brake section painted black just like Jasons. I almost thought it was his car with new rims, but it had them nasty Battlestar Galactica exhausts. Anybody know who this is? I wish I had my card on me, I would have invited.

Oh and BTW Paul, check the details of the Super Run. The event is pretty much over after 1pm on Sunday. :frown: Saturday might be a better day to catch the event, if people are interested. Even still, I might bail on it, I get the feeling it's going to be of a classic car crowd and I just can't bear to see so many corvettes and mustangs in one spot.

Yes, mostly Classic Cars and their award presentation starts at 1pm. However, my Lotus Club of Southern Nevada will be represented in this show. I'm suppose to show my Esprit with them.

Most people hang around a few more hours and will start thinning out around 4-5pm. We may wish to cruise by or perhaps change venue. Any suggestions?

Regards
Paul

edit: Whoops I spoke too soon, may be going back to colorado that weekend, going to have to wait a couple days to find out if I can make it.

So Paul, will you have your car done by then or will we get another guest appearance from the Espirt?

Also there are lots of outdoor eating at LLV. The place is usually pretty quiet, so I don't think we'll really need reservations or anything. I suggest we just go there and pick a place we all agree on.

I'm turning up the heat on Tom. He better get my car ready. I will not come to the meet without my NSX.......

Great suggestion. We can make this decision collectively at our pre-meeting.

Best Regards

Bad news!! I dont know if I will make it to this next meet I might be in Phoenix next weekend meeting up with some contractors on remodeling my house. I'll let you know if I will be in town.

Bill

What!?!? I suggested Lake Las Vegas for you Henderson folks because I felt bad you had to drive all the way to our side of town. Now you're going to bail? As the Soup Nazi would say "No sympathy for you!" :)

Have fun on your Drive. I will try to attend. Would like to meet other NSX owners around town. I have met a few of you in the last few weeks. Sorry I don't remember your names. Blk 91 At the Strip On Grudge Night. Red 91 at Sports Chalet in Henderson.

Happy Driving

Bob

Hi Keith........Glad you can make it.
Hi Bob..........Welcome to the group.

As for myself, due to business, I'll be in San Francisco and New York this week. I'll try to make it back by Sunday Morning but it doesn't look good. Strike one.......

Body Shop installed my front and rear bumpers and color doesn't match the body. Duh......... Someone drop the ball........ Duh............ Strike two.......

Will try my best to show up this weekend. I'm sure able bodies like Bryan can take over the lead this meet.......

Best Regards
Paul

Here are some pics from the drive.

It was great to see everyone again. Too bad not everyone could make it. Just the more to look forward to next meeting. The reds took this one over ;)Lake Las Vegas was nice. The weather was cool and the driving smooth. A S2000 showed up with a nice carbon fiber hard top and joined us. Good luck to them in purchasing a NSX soon. If you have any questions Prime is the place to ask them :)

Again, good to see everyhone and see you all soon.

Nik and Sandra
