Need ECU replacement advice for 1991 NSX

Too many things are acting up up on my car (Comptech supercharged, headers, exhaust) and the obvious things have been replaced or checked out so its time for a new ECU.

Any suggestions on whether I should look for a used ECU (they're getting pretty old now), or a remanufactured. Any recommended sources for remanufactured? Here is one I found:

Curious...what kind of problems? I have some electrical gremlins that I can't seem to pinpoint as well.

Hmm is this common for these cars? I would find someone local and ask to do a swap to verify.

I emailed Brian K who has fixed some of my electronics and he said it was not common for ecus to go bad. Has anyone else experienced a bad ECU?
