Need shop in Dallas to change TB & WP

I need to have the timing belt and water pump changed on my 91, and was hoping someone knew a mechanic in the Dallas Fort worth area that can do the job:

I could do it for ya but im booked up until about September if you could wait that long! ( could probably save you $450.00 over the 2 local dealers )

I went ahead and had David McDavid do the job, But now I'm in the middle of changing all the hoses, so far the job seems straight forward, however I'm saving the oil cooler hoses for last, frankly that part has me a bit freaked, and may consider having the dealer deal with that portion, any advise or hand holding would be appreciated.
